The LIBERATE Series Initial Session is a 2.25-hour, in-depth experience designed to uncover the root of what your body has been holding and begin the process of true release. This is not a standard treatment—it is a personalised, integrative session that combines kinesiology, targeted bodywork, and somatic awareness to help you understand why your pain or tension exists, not just temporarily relieve it.

We begin with a comprehensive consultation, exploring your physical symptoms alongside the emotional, lifestyle, and stress patterns that may be contributing. Using kinesiology, we identify where your body is under strain and what it needs most. From there, we move into focused, hands-on bodywork to release stored tension in key areas such as the neck, jaw, shoulders, back, or hips, while gently guiding your awareness to reconnect with your body.

This session is both therapeutic and insightful—many clients experience immediate shifts not only physically, but also in how they understand their body and patterns. You will leave with greater clarity, a sense of relief, and a deeper connection to yourself.

At the end of the session, we map out a personalised pathway forward, which may include one of the LIBERATE Series programs, designed to support lasting change rather than short-term fixes. This is the first step in moving from managing symptoms to truly transforming how your body feels and functions.
